FitazFK launched in 2012 with the success of their 28 day fitness guide which lead to release of even more guides. Since fkn dominating the online world, we decided to bring our FitazFK method to life and open our FitazFK Gym in our home town, Brisbane!

FitazFK originated as an online sensation servicing 1000's of people worldwide wide with their 28 day guide which has lead to the release of many more guides for men and women including the 8 week guide and equipment bundle.

Since this success we have launched our very own FitazFK Gym in our hometown of Brisbane, QLD. Where we have brought our FitazFK method to life producing 28 minute classes from strength to HIIT, and even boxing and kick boxing!
