First session free, come early as there is paperwork to complete before you can train. Women 6.30 - 7.30pm Mon & Thurs, Men 7.30 - 8.30 pm Mon & Thurs. Youths 6.30 - 7.30pm Mon & Wed, Juniors 6.30 - 7.30pm Wed. Additional training as and when required. Adult Membership £20 per year, weekly subs £5. Junior £5 membership, weekly subs £2.
