Other than our wide variety of machines, cardio equipment and freeweights, our facility offers daycare, tanning, aerobics classes including Zumba, Yoga Pilates, PIYO, Tae Bo, Silver Sneakers Classes and more! For the ladies we have a private womens workout room also. Need help getting started, using machines properly or setting up a routine? We are here to help! We also have personal trainers on site and available for hire if you would like some extra attention and guidance! We also have a on-site massage therapist as well.
