Several of our staff attend the world's largest fitness equipment trade show every year and Gold's Gym will always have the newest and best exercise equipment the industry has to offer.
5,000 SQUARE FOOT WEIGHT ROOM
Precor, Matrix, Cybex, Lifefitness & GP represent the best equipment manufacturers in the U.S. and you'll find these all at Gold's Gym. Our weight room is equipped with the best and widest variety of free weights as well as the most innovative weight machines available on the market.
CARDIO EQUIPMENT
Gold's Gym has so many treadmills, ellipticals, AMTs, stairmasters and other state-of-the-art equipment that your heart will start beating faster just looking at it. All are equipped with cardio-theater, providing 20 different TV channels, 4 radio stations and an Ipod docking station for your entertainment while you work out.
CARDIO CINEMA
The Cardio Cinema is a feature of the gym that allows members to watch movies on a big screen while getting their cardio on! The Cinema has a DLP projector and surround sound. Available for use are elliptical trainers, treadmills and recumbent bikes. We play different movies all day long and all movies are G, PG, or PG-13.
RAQUETBALL COURT
Our two racquetball courts have full glass back for viewing.
LADY GOLD'S
Women represent over half of our members at Gold's Gym, and that is partly because we take special care of them. Our Lady Gold's is equipped with the best Life Fitness weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment. It provides a private exercise experience, exclusively for only women.
GROUP EXERCISE
Our 1,000 square foot group exercise studio is unique not only because of our special flooring, sound system and temperature controlled environment, but because of the variety of classes offered such as Zumba, Boot Camp, Insanity, P90X and more. Check our class schedule on this website.
MIND & BODY STUDIO
We are proud to introduce a place of comfort and serenity with our beautiful and modern mind & body studio offering a variety of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi classes all included in your membership. Check our class schedule on this website.
CROSSFIT
Because Gold’s Gym of Laredo aims to provide something for every fitness and exercise enthusiast, we proudly offer our members our very own exclusive Gold’s Fit. In order to afford our members the opportunity to take advantage of this elite training program, we offer 20 classes per week, all of which are given in our 5,000 sq. ft. studio by Certified Level I CrossFit Certified trainers. The studio is equipped with the newest and best CrossFit equipment the industry has to offer and it also includes a 40 yard dash and astro turf for sports enhancement.
