We are a Fitness Studio offering Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes dedicated to helping you achieve success in your health and fitness goals.
We can assist you in achieving your goals with individualised personal training plans, each tailored to suit your individual needs. A minimum of 2 -3 strength sessions per week are recommended in conjunction with attending a couple of the classes offered here at the studio.
