Holistic Healing: Therapy + Yoga

Using the holistic theories and tools of yoga, I design group and individual yoga practices to bring people closer to wellness, balance, and peace.




I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Yoga Therapist in-training!

Healing Yoga began as a way to help people achieve their health and wellness goals using the holistic theories and tools of yoga therapy. Healing Yoga can help you achieve a variety of goals, including: increasing overall physical health, managing stress more effectively, finding balance amidst a busy life, healing an injury, coping with pain or chronic illness, enhancing spirituality.

Yoga therapy involves meeting with you one-on-one to assess your goals and needs, and to create an individual yoga practice you can implement at home in-between sessions that is designed specifically for you to help you move closer to your goals and a state of balance. Sessions are approximately one hour, and can occur at a variety of locations. Please contact me for specific days, times, or locations available!
