Loren is currently studying an Honours Degree in Medicine Management, and holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science, Advanced Diploma in Nutrition, Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, Advanced Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine, Diploma in reflexology and Cert IV in Fitness. She offers both Nutritional Medicine and Sports Nutrition consultations. Nutritional Medicine can be used to help in the management of many conditions including IBS, PCOS, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, heart disease, diabetes, anxiety and depression, and poor energy. Sports Nutrition consultations can suit those just getting started with weight loss, and also those more experienced wanting to add muscle mass or body sculpt. Exercise programming, skin fold measures and body composition scans can be included in consultations.
Luke specialises in Remedial Massage for back and neck pain. He focuses on restoration of normal muscle function and pain reduction through painless trigger point release, deep tissue massage and cupping techniques. He holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Certificate in Cupping for Remedial Massage, Advanced Diploma in Nutrition, Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and Cert IV in Fitness.
