ITG provides float pods for the mind, oxygen bars for rejuvenation, inferred and standard saunas for body detoxification, but also, a community room. The community room offers each member the chance to participate in yoga, Jujitsu, meditation, cross-fit, pilates, zumba, and much more. The wellness bar allows not only members, but also the community, healthy organic fruit and vegetable juice/smoothie options. The wellness bar also provides tea that rejuvenates and purifies the body while creating a sense of relaxation. Last but not least, we will bring Vermillion a place to purchase essential oils, sweet grass, lavender, and community-made cleansing agents.
