We'll forever get a giggle from people when we tell them "I'm Justine and this is Justin." The humour in that coincidence isn't lost on us either! When brainstorming a name we were adamant that it should capture the intention of what our brand and it's products and services would be, whilst conveying our unique individuality and personality. Thus the use of the letter 'J' is of course, for Justine and Justin!
Then the word 'aura' just seemed to perfectly encapsulate the concept of nourishing the body, elevating the spirit and nurturing the soul. At the same time it's an earthy, holistic word that has a mystique, an energy about it. Put simply, an aura is a field of subtle, luminous radiation surrounding a person or object. It has also been described as a map of the thoughts and feelings surrounding a person. Indian religions, Buddhism, the bible and modern spiritual practice all feature the notion of a spiritual and etheric body being the aura.
That's how we became J’AURA!
