Jade Yoga and Wellness

Jade has been practicing yoga since 2009 and has traveled extensively, studying different traditions and lineages. Jade began her journey with Indian classical dance, known as Odissi in 2012, which is a devotional art form incorporating yogic philosophy.




Each week, we practice Hatha yoga with emphasis on awareness and breath in each posture. Drawing on elements of tantra and kundalini we will explore the physical and spiritual science of yoga. We will develop our practice based on the ancient philosophies of yoga as outlined in Patanjali's yoga sutras.
The benefits of yoga are endless; improving our muscles, bones joints, central nervous system, immune system, balancing blood pressure and curing diseases of the organs to name but a few.
Practicing yoga also restores the natural rhythms of the body, brings serenity to the mind and uses the body's natural intelligence to access higher states of awareness.
