Joe's Gym was founded in 2007 with the intention of catering to all ages, abilities and fitness levels. We have all the typical gym equipment (cable stack machines, leverage plate loaded machines, benches, free weights; but what sets us apart is my desire to bring true functional and practical strength along with the obvious improvement in health and physicality. Every member will receive thorough one on one training with a program designed specifically for that clients needs. And as always I promise your workouts will never be boring. Smash a 300lb tire with a sledgehammer, implement gymnastic rings (with my tutelage of course) sled drags, battle ropes, band assisted movements, kettlebells, punching bags, olympic style bumper plates, slide boards, and of course all the cardio equipment you have come to expect. Treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, bikes, rowers as well as a caged in childs area with tv and video games so no need for a babysitter.
On top of all of this you will have access to 4 lay down tanning beds, one stand up tower and a heated hydromassage bed. Pay me one visit and you will be convinced you will achieve your goals here faster than anywhere.
