Kate has been devoted to yoga for 16 years, holds a Diploma's in Ki Yoga, Pre and post-natal Hatha yoga and Level 1 Restorative yoga. Her continued love of yoga has led her to develop her own style blending influences to sequence classes that are inspiring, nourishing and strengthening.
