Kid's from 5:15 - 6 (Tuesday and Thursday only)
Women's from 6:15 - 7:15
Coed from 7:30 -8:30
Cost is $40/month; $20 for 5 classes; or $5 to drop in for a session.
Kid's class is $20/month or $4 for drop in.
This basic skills kickboxing class is designed as a way to get your body moving. Our main focus is for people of all fitness levels to build cardio and strength with the added bonus of basic self-defense!
Instructor Amanda Ryall has 3 years experience teaching kickboxing and has personally lost over 100 lbs. She wants to help as many others reach their personal fitness goals as possible.
