My name is Janet Howard, I am an RMT with 15 years of massage experience and have been operating my own business for a number of years. I am presently practicing in Sydenham and Rideau Ferry.
As well as being an RMT, I have also studied craniosacral, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, myofascial release techniques, active release techniques & esthetics. I am also a certified acupuncturist, specializing in traditional Chinese techniques including the body, auricular & facial rejuvenation.
Beginning this spring/summer of 2014, I will be at this amazing space that I am so passionate about.The healing energy is something you must experience for yourself... It's a magical place <3
I am interested in developing seminars & workshops to help people realize their inner spiritual self. I have had the pleasure of connecting with a number of amazing facilitators that will be holding workshops at my retreat this year. I am thrilled to also be offering massage therapy for individual sessions or groups by appointment.
