After living in Edinburgh for 8 years, Kirsty decided to take a career break in 2013 and travel through Southeast Asia and New Zealand. On returning home, she knew that her love of health and wellbeing would sustain throughout her life and began training with Scottish Massage Schools.
Kirsty is a fully qualified Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist, and Medical Acupuncturist. Utilising a range of specialised techniques, from deep tissue massage to fascial work, Kirsty focuses on a holistic whole body approach with each individual client. Reiki is also used in some of Kirsty's treatments to facilitate the healing process.
To recharge Kirsty spends a lot of time outdoors; hiking, biking, skiing, and also loves practising yoga, quite often outside too!
