8 years of spreading Yoga Happiness and Health to Midleton and East Cork�

So happy to be heading into our 7th year as Midleton and East Corks most established and long standing yoga and meditation studio.

I have been practising yoga myself for approx 10 years and decided to become a teacher 7 years ago, as I wanted to delve deeper into the knowledge of postures and the history of this amazing way of life. Ive been very lucky to now have a full time job in doing this work, even luckier to have many yogis attend my classes on a weekly basis, some attending up to 3/4 times a week.

I completed my Hatha Yoga teacher training in cork in 2010 and then went on to do my kids yoga teacher training with Rainbow kids in Dublin, in November 4 years ago....Im also a fully qualified Yin Yoga instructor, where I trained under Josh Summers in Cork a few years back and qualified in my Prenatal Yoga teaching in London in the same year. I regularly freshen up my own practice by attending many workshops in different styles of yoga (my personal favourite being vinyasa style flow classes) in many countries, most recently being blessed to have travelled to Bali for teaching, training, recreation and amazing times.

I first started teaching in Cork City before the urge to open this yoga studio in the summer of 2010, where I now teach, yoga for adults, kids yoga, hot yoga, yin yoga and prenatal too.I also teach freelance group and private sessions with rugby,soccer and cycling teams, aswel as teaching in peoples homes and corporate workplaces

All teachers hosting their classes here at Laughing Buddha Yoga Room are fully qualified, insured and certified to teach what they preach :-)

I will always aim to keep my classes fun and welcoming and I hope you leave every practice a little lighter, stronger,smilier and calmer than when you came in.
