About Me
I feel my mission in life is to help others move beyond traumatic experiences and disempowering beliefs as I have had to do for myself.

To do this, I work with my Animal Totem Cougar, the Goddess and other Spirit Guides to offer healing sessions that incorporate Shamanic healing, Reiki, Crystals, Sound, Color, Angels, Herbs/Oils, Law of Attraction and outside the box thinking for problem solving.

I have always had the ability to look beyond the issues that others believe were holding them back. By looking beyond and keeping an open mind, I help guide my clients to finding solutions that they might not otherwise have thought of on their own and to begin to look at themselves more as the divine beings they are and less as the victims that they believed they were.

I have a corporate background working jobs such as hotel management, sales and marketing for an international software company, paralegal in real estate, estate planning and corporations. But I also have worked jobs as a virtual assistant, pet groomer, cashier and holistic shop owner. My varied background keeps me humble and allows me to put my teachings into an easy to understand way that anyone can learn.

I see the best in people and encourage others to get out into nature to reconnect to their true essence of who they are. Love and compassion is where I operate from and a deep respect for Mother Earth and all that is.
