I work as a Holistic Counsellor (aka Spiritual Counsellor) & an Energy Healer in Wollongong, NSW.

I am a qualified counsellor (B.Sc Psychology), an Ignite Your Spirit Therapist (energy healing) and a Reiki Master.

However, I consider myself a ‘spiritual change agent'. I work more like a mentor or a life coach with a spiritual flavour and use my counselling and intuitive skills to hone in on what’s holding you back from having the life that you want.

Holistic counselling (sometimes called spiritual counselling) sessions encompass counselling, energy healing, breath work, meditation, mindfulness, body intuition and forgiveness to help you to find peace and a better quality of life.

We work on blockages together, we clean and sweep away energetic, emotional or psychological debris - sometimes even releasing the physical pain this has manifested.

I run workshops on energy healing and chakras/aura such as ‘Ignite Your Spirit’ (Change your energy, Change your life) and ‘Developing your chakras’.

I provide energy healing sessions that I call Chakra Healings and of course the trusted Reiki session.

I run energy healing meditations and co-ordinate a spiritual social club within the ‘Shanti Mission’ Wollongong community.(www.shantimission.org).

MY PHILOSOPHY
My vision for my practice is to give my clients access to the tools that will enable them to become self-sufficient. I encourage them to use the skills they have to find solutions to their 'problems'. This approach enables people to better their lives and continue their healing outside of counselling - to become masters of their own lives.

My holistic counselling practice in Wollongong satisfies my need to be of service. I enjoy seeing people change and I love being part of the process. It brings me great joy to know that I have helped someone achieve their dream life.
