This gentle form of energy work can help you to relax and to achieve physical and emotional balance.

Attunement is a non-touch or occasional light-touch modality.
It facilitates an experience of inner stillness and a sense of complete relaxation.
As a stand-alone experience or as a complement to other modalities of healing and self-discovery, Attunement restores balance to the body, mind and spirit.

I received my training through The International Association of Attunement Practitioners, completing both the Practitioner and Advanced Training in 2011. I continue my education by attending additional training sessions.

My practice is located in the Mount Washington Valley region of NH. Attunements can also be shared long distance.

I have devoted my life to the study of complementary health and self-discovery techniques. My education and accomplishments include the following:

-- achieved level II Reiki degree
-- completed a seven month Herbal Apprenticeship program with Rosemary Gladstar
-- attended the Therapeutic Touch Intensive - Dr. Delores Krieger, presenter
-- received my Diploma in Bach Flower studies from Westbrook University, New Mexico

I have completed Advanced Tarot Training at the Readers Studio and have been designated a Level III Degree Candidate by The Tarot School, New York.

I am currently enrolled in the 4-year Homeopathic Practitioner Training Course at Baylight Center for Homeopathy.

My hobbies include photography and writing. I enjoy spending time in nature with my dogs and learning new ways to express myself through art. I recently acted as general contractor and design consultant for my new home and consider this my first real art project.
