The Karma Kleanse was created in 2011. In 2017, we are going online so the world can join us in our practice of creating a life of 'ultimate' health.
Karma Kleanse is a 30 day whole-food based cleanse. We eat food during the entire 30 days! And it's easy! We focus on "crowding out" the toxic and addictive foods by adding in lots of healthy and tasty options, which in turn reduce our cravings, balance our blood sugar, and bring our entire being back to balance.
Often we do not even realize what a fog we are living in until we lift the haze. That is what this program it designed to do. It also uplifts, supports, and encourages every member to stay the 30 day course, so we can feel the miraculous change in our mind and body!
I promise, your world will look different in 30 days. Mine sure does and that why I know yours will too. I started this program because my health finally would not allow me to eat sugar any more without serious side effects.
I know what its like...when I contemplated my very first cleanse in 2006 I had 4 people who had done a cleanse and lived to tell about it on speed dial because I literally thought I could die! Ah, the crazy mind. So, I understand it might feel scary and let me assure you I will give you my phone number if you need it and you won't die physically but a old part of you will.
