I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Registered nutritionist and certified yoga instructor.
For years, I struggled with depression and anxiety. Self-limiting beliefs sabotaged careers, relationships and finances. I knew there had to be a better way to live. A way not just to survive, but to thrive!
I began to research holistic methods and to implement them into my lifestyle. Through strength training, yoga, mindfulness techniques and nutrition I found the keys to a life of happiness, health and abundance. In sharing my experiences, I hope that I may help others who feel lost and hopeless in the midst of living with depression and anxiety to know that there is hope.
