CrossFit is a defined as "constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity".
What this means is:
We do not strive to teach our athletes to excel in one particular area. Through daily variations of movements, loads, reps & distances; our fitness program is designed to improve fitness capacities, mobility & quality of life.
Whether you are an elite athlete or a couch potato that wants to improve their fitness, CrossFit, is for you.

Class Schedules:
We are not your typical "open door" gym. We are a class oriented fitness center. Currently offering 7, instructor lead, classes Monday - Friday and 1 on Saturday.

Monday Wednesday & Friday:
5:30, 6:30, 7:30 & 9:00 AM
3:30, 4:30, 5:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday
5:30, 6:30, 7:30 & 9:00 AM
3:00 (Local Athletes Only)
4:00, 5:00, 6:00 PM
Saturday:
9:00 AM Only
10:30 (Local Athletes Only(
