Outdoor Group Training-Funtional Body Exercise:Specializing in Metabolic Training,HIIT-high intensity interval training,Strength Training and Speed,whilst always focusing on Core throughout.Max 1hr 3 days a week,monday,wednesday and friday.Each day you have a choice of a 9:30am class,1 to 3pm and of course our evening class 6:30pm.All of which you can block book every monday.Location Lloyd Town Park Tullamore.
