Naturally You was founded on the principal that what you use to wash your body is just as important as what you put in your body. We use only natural and mostly organic ingredients to produce soaps and other body care products safe for your entire family. All of our products are made from scratch by two women who have made it their goal to provide quality, all natural alternatives to the chemical laden products we purchase today.
We also offer several brands of natural baby products. We are a part of the GroVia Advocate Program and offer cloth diapers and consultations within the guidelines of the program. Please contact us for more information.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES:
There are no returns on gift card purchases or body care products. All other products have a 30 day return policy and must be in new, resalable condition. Customer is responsible for paying return freight on returns and must call/email to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number prior to shipment. Please allow 7-10 business days, from return of products for refund to be applied.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS: ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. We will accept DEFECTIVE items within 7 days of pick-up. Due to the unique nature of these products we cannot re-sell them. We will not accept items that have been washed not following our washing instructions.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS: WASH COLD INSIDE OUT WITH LIKE COLORS, TUMBLE DRY ON MEDIUM HEAT. DO NOT IRON OVER THE DESIGN AND DO NOT USE BLEACH ON THE ITEMS. YOU MAY SPOT CLEAN AS NECESSARY
