My goal is to compete in several NPC Figure shows this year 2015! I will be sharing my meals, workouts, struggles, and triumphs along the way :) I appreciate all the support as well as constructive criticism ;-)
I look forward to a healthy prep this year! First show is just 105 days away (15 weeks out).
I will not be doing cardio twice a day. I will not be doing fasted cardio. I will not be working out for hours every day and most of all I will not be starving each day. This should be fun and I hope I can encourage others to take a healthier or should I say more sane approach as well.
