I have over ten years experience working with diverse populations in the mental health field which includes providing counseling sessions for individuals, groups, families, children, adolescents & adults in various programs. Part of the services I have provided include diagnostic mental health assessments, & developing individual treatment plans with clients & their families.
While being employed in both non-profit & for-profit agencies, I have seen the increased need to work with clients in a way that integrates all of their being, maximizing treatment. This has led me to utilize a holistic approach to assisting clients.
Viewing ourselves holistically we are able to see all our parts as a whole & how they interact with each other. We are more than just our mind & our physical body, there is a spiritual aspect of us that needs to be addressed that we often over look in our daily lives. Getting in tune with our "whole" selves often leads us to see where our symptoms whether physical, mental & or emotional often begin.

Integrative Consultation In Office or On Skype for U.S & International Clients
Feeling Stuck? Integrative Consultation combines the use of Mental Alchemy changing ones thought processes, allowing one to look at life from a different perspective. Facilitating a deeper connection to ones intuition, assisting one on their soul’s path. Energy therapy techniques may also be used during the session to clear blocks in one’s energetic fields. Less intensive & less formal than traditional counseling, Intuitive Consultation allows one to work on topics of their choice & allowing them a stronger connection to Spirit.
Integrative Consultations are designed to provide you information from which you can choose, through your free will what resonates with you.

Reiki/ Energy Therapy
Reiki is a natural Japanese form of stress & pain relief. Reiki can be utilized as an integrative part of anyone's wellness plan. Unlike massage Reiki is performed with the client fully clothed & light touch is used on the body. Each session is tailored to meet the client's individual needs.
Some benefits of Reiki/Energy Therapy include but are not limited to:

I utilize various crystals in my Reiki sessions based on the clients need. Crystals have been used for many centuries in various cultures due to their professed healing abilities*.
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation is a form of meditation where an individual is verbally guided into a state of consciousness either by a person’s voice or by a recording of a voice, this may include the use of music. This practice of meditation requires an individual to follow instructions that assist the individual to relax the body, clear the mind, concentrate on breathing, and focus one’s awareness and attention. Meditation is often used to clear the mind and ease many health issues*.

We carry an assortment of crystal jewely & apothecary products all infused with Reiki energy.
All of my crystals are cleared/cleansed, & dedicated for the highest good of all that come into contact with them.
I then infuse healing energy (Reiki, CHI, Source energy) into each crystal with an intended focus for the individual wearing it.
Letting others wear, or handle your tumbled stones/crystals may alter their vibrational energy.
Crystals are great to wear, hold or place in different areas such as your office space, in your car, in a child’s room, wherever you feel led to place them
