At the zenith of a twenty-year career, having sat at the top of a global beauty empire, Sue Y. Nabi – beauty expert and CEO, scientist and storyteller, engineer and visionary – felt the toils that a high-paced, high-stress, modern-day lifestyle was having on her health and she knew something had to change.
So in lieu of quick-fix pills and external influences she had come to rely on, she looked elsewhere: to the past, to the East – to ancient Ayurvedic, Naturopathic and Chinese traditions, as well as Taoism – and never looked back.
