PonyTails Dance & Fitness Studio, LLC was founded in January 2013 by Penny Sorensen. We offer amazing and very modern styles of fitness for everyone! We are sure to cater to the athlete and the client looking to become more fit and healthy. We have programs and classes for each person and we call our clients family!

GROUP FITNESS ROOM: Is our first room with classes like Zumba, Zumba Toning, Bokwa, Pound fitness, Dumbbell Divas, Sculpt & Tone, Strength & Conditioning, LTS LeBarre, LTS LeBoot, LTS LeHIIT ( we have a Master Trainer on location), and much more.....
ARIEL FITNESS ROOM: Fly Gym Fitness offers a suspended experience for everyone! Fly Gym Fitness consists of 5-6 unique classes including Yoga, Pilates, BootCamp, Acro, Fixed Point, and Flow and Relaxation. We also offer Pole Fitness which is strictly a fitness form and creates a fantastic upper body ability for women and men who lack upper body strength. It includes flow that will make your graceful and confident. Be sure we are having a fitness fun class and nothing negative is happening in the Pole Fitness Classes. Unfortunately, some immediately think a negative. Come view a class and learn what we do and you will find you will respect and appreciate the strength and grace.

WE HAVE A STATE OF THE ART FLOOR! Did you ever notice how sore you are after working out on a gymnasium or recreational floor? How about Carpet??? That makes us sad to know that gyms and studios are hurting your body while trying to help your body! YOU NEED A FLOOR ABSORBING YOUR IMPACT! We have it!
We are also proud to say that 98% of our Studio/Gym/ Center is made in the USA! We chose flooring, equipment and even paint made in the USA!
