We are a Friendly, locally owned and operated, Fitness Centre in Rutherford. We run LES MILLS Group Fitness Classes, Kickboxing Classes and Zanshin Jujitsu Martial Arts (WJJF) for adults and children, starting form 4 years of age. We provide 1:1 Personal Training, or Group Training & a fully serviced Gym opened 7 days per week. We have a Kids Zone, where the kids can enjoy FREE Wifi. We have something for the whole family at Premier.
