Pure Barre offers a full-body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs and arms, and burns fat in record breaking time. Each 55 minute class works every muscle group to fatigue, then stretches them out to create long, lean muscles, without the bulk. Our method focuses on small, isometric movements that create a high intensity, low impact workout that delivers results - and you'll see them fast!
