It is our mission, and conscious intention to provide you with the highest quality yoga instruction from experienced and well trained Yoga Alliance (YA) Certified, Bikram, and Baptiste Certified Yoga Teachers.
Our beautiful new space is filled with the calming and peaceful energy of our friendly yoga teachers. This energy inspires relaxation and the release from the external world. We provide a non-judgmental, and sacred environment that encourages each student to create a safe container of yogi space on their yoga mat. Our schedule is a menu of multi-leveled classes that encourages each and every student strengthen the body, mind and spirit.
