I have over 20 years experience of caregiving of all ages; massaging for well-being is a passion of mine especially massaging feet. I also am able to do distant healing's; Channel messages from spirit.
Carolyn trains with 1-2 clients for an hour per session.
The first appointment is an assessment where she will take you through a screening session, getting to know you personally covering your general health and fitness details before beginning a goal setting programme.
Training with Carolyn is not for the faint hearted - she wants results to start happening asap.
Clients need to be prepared to make a huge change to their dietary habits, along with increasing their cardiovascular output to improve fitness, burn fat and lose weight.
