Sarang Douglas is the creator of the FLUFFYnFITness Dance Fitness program and has completed and achieved her Group Fitness Certification thru AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). Current Heartsaver First Aid/ CPR AED certifications have been achieved thru the American Heart Association. Sarang has instructed Group Fitness classes in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex since 2011 and currently operates out of Fluffy-n-Fitness Studio in Arlington, Texas USA.

My name is Janine Duffy. I am a certified adult and childrens' yoga teacher through Radiant Child Yoga. I am also mom to James, 6, Eoin, almost 4, and Oliver, almost 11 months. I am available to teach children's yoga at your yoga studio, school or day care in the Greater Boston area.
