Mill No. 3, LLC is a family friendly environment that is available for the following:
1. Private events (birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, anniversaries, weddings, etc.).
2. Time share business rental for people who don't need a 24/7 space (fitness instructors, direct selling business', instructors (fitness, art, crafts, etc.), photographers who need studio space, or anyone who needs a regular meeting space. Our time share members have exclusive use of the mill building during their allotted hours! We currently have 3 time share members!
3. We are open to the idea of entrepreneur!...

NH Adventure Boot Camp is a unique fitness program for women of all ages and fitness abilities. We are housed at Mill No 3, located on 39 Winter Street in Ashland, NH. As soon as you walk through that door you are family, where we hold each other accountable, push each other out of our comfort zones and have fun at the same time. Fitness can be fun, you just have to find the right fit for you!
The Patrick Henry Family YMCA is a branch of the YMCA of Greater Richmond that serves the town of Ashland and surrounding areas within Hanover County.
We teach tradtional samurai martial arts such as Shinkage-ryu Kenjutsu/Jojutsu, Seigo-ryu Battojutsu (sword drawing), and Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu (predecessor to Aikido).
We also teach a yoga-like class called Shinkai In-Yo-ho, which is designed to improve your health, strength, and pliancy, as well as to help you to develop latent abilities in awareness and healing.
