We specialize in not specializing. Our workouts are created to improve overall health and fitness. They constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. Essential Fitness is located in downtown Bonne Terre in the Bonneville Plaza. We offer a variety of fitness equipment, tanning, a sauna, and much more. We also provide an area for your kiddos to hang out while you are working out or tanning. We are a 24/7 facility and offer convenient staff hours.
