CrossFit consists of 3 main components:
Functionality: The movements that we perform are functional movements. Functional movements imitate many of the tasks we perform in everyday life. A deadlift is nothing more than picking something up off the ground. We squat when we sit down in a chair. Functional movements also have the unique ability to move a large load a long distance and do it quickly. None of this can be said true for the classic isolation movements, such as bicep curls or leg extensions.

Dr. Repola, ND specializes in naturopathic medicine and primary care. Her weekly blog highlights area events regarding naturopathy. She focuses on treating diseases with minimal intervention and honors the principles of Naturopathic Medicine.
We offer classes in Blues, Ballroom, Latin, East Coast Swing, Ballet, Jazz, Modern & African. Class Sessions run 6-weeks long with 3 & 6 week classes being offered. We also offer special workshops as well as bringing in guest Instructors for other styles of dance.

I have enjoyed many studies in the Natural Medicine field. I completed my B.S. Degree at the University of Nevada in 1981. From there I have been involved in Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics for 35 years. This includes research work done at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and the bringing up of a new laboratory in Montana in 1999.
