I have been in the industry for 8 years, studying at The National School of Aesthetics, working in salon here in NZ and Australia and travelling the country as a BDM for a skincare and cosmetics distribution company.

You work at your own pace to the best of your ability - If you have an injury or are not able to do certain exercises then its not a problem... All Exercises can be modified.. ;)
