Yoga at the Lodge is based in Dargaville on Hokianga road, in the Pono Lodge building next to the Town Hall. Classes are on Monday evening, Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening for Blokes and Thursday lunchtime and evening.
Classes are also held in Whangarei at the dojo above Arnold Franks on Cameron street, these are on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning.
All levels of ability are welcome
