The Gym is open to all members of the public once gym membership has been paid; at which point you are included as a social member.

6 months = €100
3 months = €60

After completing a BSc Honours degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Ulster Coleraine, Helena gained a further qualification as an Applied Systematic Kinesiologist from A.S.K. Ireland.
