At Shane's Martial Arts you will learn to defend yourself, get in shape and have fun doing it! Martial arts training will improve your strength, flexibility, and conditioning. It's a fun way to lose weight and learn self defense at the same time. Classes are open to adults and children ages 5 and up. Classes are held at Shane's Gym in Rock Fork just off of Highway 80 near the Knott County Sportsplex.
