Seasons Yoga is a mindful yoga practice dedicated to developing a greater awareness of the body, mind, and spirit. It is the perfect practice for someone who has never stepped on a mat but can still challenge those at a more advanced level.
Kids Yoga - Wednesdays at 5:15pm - $5/class
Adult/Teen Yoga - Wednesdays at 8:00pm - First class if free, $5/class after that

Private Restorative Assisted Yoga - 1hr session $55, 1 1/2-2hr $80
