Classes (Privates and Group) can come to your facility too! Our Yoga classes incorporate many different Yoga schools of thought, combining those teachings into classes that are transformational and inspirational. Students can take away from classes whats needed for themselves both on and off the mat. Modifications, props, and gentle guidance are given to practioners. Classes are always taught with the person who is practicing in mind.
