The FITkidz Academy is a multi-course childrens' health, nutrition and life-skills programme, aimed at developing character and self-confidence as well as tip-top physical condition. FITkidz is holistic, student-focused and imaginative in its approach and is designed to meet the physical education needs of children aged between two and sixteen years.

fitNess is an express circuit based gym where the emphasis is on you! There is a pre-set circuit to follow as well as having circuits personalised to you upon request.
