I teach classes in Kamloops, for a variety of groups, from pre-teens to athletes to office workers.
I teach a combination of styles, mainly focusing on Gentle, Hatha and Vinyasa. My classes are multi-level, meaning Anyone Welcome!
I also bring yoga to the workplace to help improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day.

The Yoga Loft is a community of teachers and students, exploring yoga together as a path to health, happiness and wholeness. Kids, adults and families come to the Yoga Loft to quiet their minds, nurture their bodies, and connect to a deep sense of peace. As we develop our practices on the mat, we expand our awareness off the mat and learn to honour our own needs and those of the greater world around us. As a collective community we care for ourselves, each other, our youth, and our world. Welcome to our community.

We are so proud of our excellent team at Your Escape. We have 14 fully certified estheticians, 1 professional spa practitioner, and 1 certified nail technician to help you focus on you.
With the largest pedicure room in the city we can accommodate up to 8 pedicures at one time. We also have two large doubles massage rooms so you and your special someone can escape together.
