I am a Yoga Alliance yoga teacher who is running yoga classes on the Wirral. The classes will be active yoga flow classes but with a focus on moving in and out of each posture safely and securely.
My philosophy is enable us all to get the most out of our bodies for as long as possible ! So I focus on stretching, strengthening and lengthening our muscles to get the most out of the postures.
In addition there are beginner yoga courses to introduce new people to the wonders of yoga and help them on their yoga journey.
