I graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in 2007. Since then, I have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist at local salons in Ottawa, Ohio. April 2017 I decided to branch out and start my own office, which is still located in Ottawa.
My massages focus more on the therapeutic aspects, working out the tension, adhesion's (knots), relieving pain and gaining back range of motion. But I do offer a lighter, more relaxing massage if that is what is preferred.
