Currently, we offer Zumba, Zumba Toning, Pound, P90X, Boot Camps, Yoga, PIYO, Piloxing, Intervals/Small Group Training, Personal Training and Weight Loss Services. All classes are done on a drop in or punch card basis. Classes are all offered at a rate of $6.00 per class with the option to purchase a 10 class punch card for $60.00.
