As a certified Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher I set up classes individually in order to reach personal goals. Classes will include Yoga, TRX, Strength Exercises, Relaxation Techniques and Meditation.
I also offer Stand Up Paddle courses and SUP Yoga classes in the summer.
Find your own inner truth by connecting with your body in different ways, by giving yourself the time to practice, in a small private setting -

Welcome to I Am Yoga. Our space is located just down the street from Sicamous Beach Park and Shuswap Lake. We are one of a kind in our community offering weekly yoga classes for all levels and various styles including restorative, yin, hatha, vinyasa and power yoga. Our cozy studio fits about 20 people for yoga practice and 40 for meditations, talks and lectures. We are grateful to have a talented and dedicated group of teachers who draw upon their own unique experiences and knowledge.
