I hold a B.S. Chemical Engineering degree and have 20+ years experience in engineering and manufacturing. Most recently my experience has been in the food and beverage industry (14+ Years). I like to change up my workout routine. I have found by incorporating cross-training, full body workouts in 30-45 minutes I'm able to keep my body guessing and it keeps me from getting bored! Change is good for the body!
