Hello, my name is Sarah. I have been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2013. Yoga has the power to create positive transformation by bringing balance to our bodies and our lives. As I experienced the benefits of a regular practice, I found myself wanting to share yoga with others. In 2014, I began to study with the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga through Yoga Village in Scottsdale, AZ.
